  We were looking to do a fence and had several companies come to give estimates. Balland's gave us one estimate after we waited over a week and it was only after we called them AGAIN. We found the estimate to be $600 more than the other two companies. Their measurements were off compared to the other companies and when we called to question we never heard back. I know they get a lot of business, but really they're bad at communicating to get the job done. However, if you can get them to come they do really nice work and are friendly. Hope you have better luck. Maybe they just had a ton of jobs lined up or something.
